Our deep blocks, beliefs and fears hide in our tense muscles. Often we don’t even notice these tensions. My job is to find an access to the subconscious through the touch.

Who is this work suitable for?
It is for people who want to find new ways of development and health support for their body, mind and spirit. It is for people who have chronic muscle pains in the body and emotional pains. Rosen Method helps clarify the interconnections between the past experience, a current situation and expectations for the future.

What can you expect?
This is an individual process and it lasts from 50 to 60 minutes long. It includes soft touch and verbal accompanying. Some people think that it feels like a relaxing massage with elements of psychotherapy. Sometimes it can produces deep muscle relaxation and significant rest, and sometimes it could bring on intense inner insight or awareness. The session supports deep inner harmonization and well-being of the whole system. This work is not in any way a substitute for psychotherapy, but it can be a harmonious complement to it.

How does it work?With the support of a Rosen Method touch there is a possibility to leave your habitual thoughts behind and to start feeling yourself with the whole body.
